Job Description

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention efforts. The CRE serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is tasked with ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.


The Work You'll Do:
  • Sales and Customer Care: Making sales calls and providing support to the customers.
  • Document collection: Assisting with collecting and delivering documents for customers.
  • Customer database: Maintaining a customer database and records, including customer interactions and transactions.
  • Service reminders: Making service reminder calls to customers.
  • Feedback calls: Making post-service feedback calls to customers.
  • Escalation: Escalating unresolved customer grievances to the relevant department.
  • Target achievement: Achieving agreed personal and departmental targets.
  • Product and service information: Informing clients about the company's new products and services.

What you'll bring:

Qualifications:
  • Any Bachelor's Degree with good communication skills.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset.

Preference will be given to candidates from Thrissur District.
